A Product Manager is enabled to take the decision with end-to-end accountability for the Micro Enterprise of given AIs / brands family. He/she owns the ultimate commercial success of managed Bayer CP portfolio i.e., current year P&L and 36 months SBP planning. The person drives coordination and collaboration of ME members to deliver results. The key outcomes the Product Manager is tasked to deliver include but not limited to a) Grow MS% through innovation, LCM and mid-tier portfolio expansion, b) Grow absolute IGP contribution and c) Effectively manage inventory.
A Product Manager owns these tactical outcomes of the ME of given AIs / brands family: Product value and technical proposition that ensures customer acceptance Market & crop segmentation to compete in the right Place Effective demand generation and digital Promotion Grow absolute IGP through Pricing levers such as GtN planning and seasonal policy 12-36 months S&OP planning / effective inventory management Grow MS% through different GtM (channel, KA, trade etc.) Design and implement Goods Flow policies (within a broader company framework).
A Product Manager owns these strategic outcomes of the ME of given AIs / brands family: Continue to explore alternative route to MAD to introduce new projects from Bayer pipeline Commercialize innovation compounds through China local partnership Life Cycle Management of Bayer core AIs including generic defense, label extension and proximity innovation Grow MS% through portfolio gap-filling and mid-tier expansion Ensure launch excellence Shape product supply strategy and optimize COG.

University degree, fluent in English.
Sound knowledge of agribusiness with 8-year experience in crop protection portfolio management and product management.
Demonstrated customer centricity.
Leading/influencing peers and senior stakeholders at the Asia region and country level on business decisions.
Learning agility, being able to adapt to the new requirements of the Company.
Understanding of crop related political, economic, sciences & technologies and regulatory requirements.
Managing and collaborating in a matrix organization requiring experience interfacing with regional/global organization.
