职位描述
岗位职责:
1. 根据业务发展情况,制定、落地年度/季度/月度等教育培训计划;
2. 负责设计、落地培训项目和教育培训活动,确保会员更新率及销售达成率;
3. 负责本区域内课程开发与设计,包括但不限于新零售、产品介绍、技能传授等;
4. 负责管理本区域内课程讲授;
5. 完成领导交代的其他事项。
岗位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,专业不限;
2. 喜爱培训行业,有授课经验、课程开发经验优先考虑;
3. 拥有突出的逻辑能力,优秀的表达能力,较强的统筹规划与执行能力;
4. 性格开朗,有感染力,乐于分享;
5. 可熟练使用办公软件,具有短视频拍摄、剪辑能力优先考虑;
6. 精通英语、阿拉伯语、西班牙语、法语、印尼语、泰语等任何一种语言,中文简单沟通。
注意:在中国天津总部培训学习3-6个月,后期,根据个人意愿和业务发展需要前往海外分公司任职
Online education training
Job responsibilities:
1. Formulated and implemented annual/quarterly/monthly education and training plans according to business development;
2. Responsible for the design, landing training programs and education training activities to ensure the membership renewal rate and sales achievement rate;
3. Responsible for course development and design in the region, including but not limited to new retail, product introduction, skill teaching, etc.;
4. Responsible for managing the teaching of courses in the region;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited;
2. Love the training industry, teaching experience, curriculum development experience is preferred;
3. Have outstanding logic ability, excellent expression ability, strong overall planning and execution ability;
4. Cheerful, infectious, willing to share;
5. Proficient in the use of office software, short video shooting, editing ability is preferred;
6. Proficient in English, Arabic, Spanish, French, Indonesian, Thai and any other language, simple communication in Chinese.
PS:3-6 months of training at the headquarters in Tianjin, China. Later, I will go to overseas branches according to my personal wishes and business development needs
