Main Responsibility:
1. Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales technical support to customers including commissioning, installing, testing, and maintaining products, equipment, and systems.
2. Troubleshoot, investigate, resolve and develop innovative solutions to more complex technical problems that arise during start-up.
3. Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipment's upgrades that will meet customer needs.
4. Monitor and resolve recurring more complex problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
5. Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships with customers to develop secure and develop their future business.
6. Monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
7. Train customers on the features of the equipment they have purchased.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in mining equipment or machinery.
2. Mining industry working experience, familiar with Sandvik equipment is preferred.
3. English in reading and writing.
4. Adapt to long-term domestic and overseas business trips.
