What are my responsibilities?

1. Reading and understanding test concept, perform type test according to test
   planning, record and manage test data acc. to company regulation and
   GB/T27025, generate test report according to standard. 解读测试策略，根据测试计划和要求进行电机的测试工作，按照公司规范以及GB/T 27025要求做数据记录和管理，并根据标准完成相关的测试报告。


2. Analyze the test result and provide suggestion for optimization. 分析测试结果并针对性地提供改进建议。


3. Summarize and evaluate test result for series test task （e.g., new product
   development project）acc. to test concept and test planning. 对于系列性的测试任务（例如新产品开发项目），参照测试策略和测试计划，对测试结果进行汇总和评估。


4. Continually optimize test environment / equipment / process and methodology. 针对试验环境、试验设备、试验流程和试验方法，持续改进和优化。


5. Management and maintenance of the test equipment and instrument.试验设备和仪器的日常管理和维护。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Major in Electrical or automation with bachelor’s degree or above. 电气或自动化专业相关专业，本科及以上学历；


2. 2 years of test experience or above. 两年以上测试工作经验；


3. Be familiar with motor type test process / equipment and instrument. 熟悉电动机的型式测试流程，熟悉常用的测试仪器和仪表；


4. Be familiar with motor-test-system equipment structure and operation theory. 理解电机试验系统的设备构成及运行原理；


5. Be familiar with international & national motor standards, regulations and laws, and motor test methods in different countries / regions. 了解国际和国内电机方面相关的标准、行业标准及法律法规，以及不同国家和地区的电机试验方法。


6. With systematical thinking and structure problem solving skill. 具备系统化思考和解决问题的能力。


7. Good written and oral English is preferred.拥有较好的英语书写和表达能力者优先。


8. Good knowledge with converter is preferred.拥有对于变频器应用相关的知识者优先。
