- 领导整个项目管理团队
- 领导整个绿色燃料开发过程，包括原料供应链优化、工厂设计开发、工厂控制开发、供应商管理、EPC 管理、绿色电力和能源管理解决方案、成本管理、绿色燃料认证。
- 控制项目执行质量，包括时间、材料、成本、质量、合作关系。
- 资质：在化工厂开发、建设和运营的项目管理方面拥有丰富的专业经验，在基于气化技术和燃料合成的化工厂方面拥有技术专长，对组件供应商和解决方案开发商有良好的了解和联系。

Senior program manager:
- Leader of the whole project management team
- Lead the whole green fuel development process including feedstock supply chain optimization, plant design development, plant control development, supplier management, EPC management, green electricity and energy management solutions, cost management, green fuel certifications.
- Control of project execution quality including timing, material, cost, quality, partnership.
- Qualification: huge professional experience in project management of chemical plant development, construction, and operation, technical expertise in chemical plants basing on gasification technology and fuel synthesis, good knowledge and connection to component suppliers and solution developers.
