工作任务：
 base calibration for HD or LD diesel engine, ensure the correct performance, emission, fuel consumption etc., 重型和轻型车柴油发动机的基础标定，确保正确的性能、排放、油耗等。
 Communication with equipment supplier and operate the measurement equipment and finish all calibration and testing work scope. 与设备供应商沟通，操作测量设备，完成所有校准和测试工作范围。
 Execution of the calibration tasks, until the final data analysis and technical report 执行标定任务，形成最终数据分析和技术报告
 Ensure the delivery of the results to customer in the defined quality standards and time.确保在规定的质量标准和时间内将结果交付给客户。
- Support for project management works:支持项目管理工作：
- Build-up and maintenance of detailed calibration methodology and process 建立和维护详细的标定方法和过程；
- Lead technical discussions and deliver solution. 领导技术讨论并提供解决方案；
- Present in front of customers for project status. 在客户面前展示项目状态；
任职要求：
 Bachelor/University preferred in Internal Combustion Engine, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Thermo and power engineering, Automation engineering or equivalent
 Knowledge and experience preferred in engine and vehicle application.
 ＞ 5 Years in calibration business
 Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software
 Good English in both spoken and written
 Quick learner
 Good team player
 Good communication ability
