Join calibration regular meetings with customers and project managers;参与客户与项目经理的标定例会
Lead activities for capability building up of whole working packages regarding base engine calibration 领导有关基础发动机标定的整个工作包的能力建设活动
Manage devices and software tools of the projects.管理项目的设备和软件用具
要求：
 Bachelor or above. Preferred in Internal Combustion Engine,
Automotive Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Thermo and power engineering ,Automation engineering or equivalent; 本科及以上学历。内燃机，汽车工程，机械工程，热能和动力工程,自动化工程或相关专业优先;
 Minimum 5-year relevant working experience preferred in both conventional gasoline and HEV, PHEV shapes calibration in OEM or main Supplier; 至少五年相关工作经验。在原始设备制造商或主要的供应商中有传统汽油以及混合电动汽车，插电式混合动力汽车的标定经验者优先
 Good at MATLAB modelling and data analysis activities擅长MATLAB建模和数据分析活动
 Be familiar with calibration tools (INCA, MDA, Uniplot, CANOE, is preferred;)熟悉标定工具（INCAC,MDA, Uniplot, CANOE优先）
 Good English in both spoken and written;良好的英语说写能力
 Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software; 良好的电脑技能，尤其是微软办公软件
 Quick learner;学习能力强
 Good team player;良好的团队协作能力
 Good communication ability.良好的沟通能力
