- 协调外部门配合研发部门相关工作，统筹部门内外资源加速项目进展，组织项目例会并做好会议纪要；

Coordinate external departments to collaborate on R&D-related tasks, streamline internal and external resources to accelerate project progress, organize project meetings and output thorough meeting minutes.

- 全项目周期跟进，协助TPM团队跟踪项目进展，利用项目管理工具，关注项目进度和状态，跟进项目数据发布和问题管理；

Track the entrie project lifecycle, assist TPM team in monitoring project status, utilize project management tools to monitor project plan and status, follow up on project data releases and OPL management.

- 支持产品技术更改管理，根据项目要求，协调研发提出技术变更，支持相关变更，在变更会议上进行解释和批准，跟踪并汇总各变更的执行情况，并跟踪BOM更新状态；

Support product technical change request management, coordinate R&D colleagues to propose technical solutions based on project requirement, support relevant changes, support present technical change request in PCR meetings, track the implementation of PCR, and monitor BoM status.

Effective communication, accurately conveying important information both internally and externally.

- 完成上级安排的其他工作；

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

任职要求

- 本科大四或研究生在读，车辆工程，电子电气，自动化及项目管理类等专业优先; 海外教育经历优先；

Undergraduate seniors or graduate students; majoring in vehicle engineering, electronics and electrical engineering, automation and project management are preferred; Overseas education experience is a plus.

- 每周至少工作3天；能够至少实习3个月；

Able to work at least 3 days per week and commit to a minimum internship duration of 6 months.

- 流利的英文沟通能力，包括口头以及书面，可以满足日常工作需求; 会德语更佳;

Fluent in English communication, both oral and written, to meet daily work requirement; knowledge of German is a plus.

- 熟悉Microsoft办公软件

Familiar with Microsoft office.

- 学习能力强，有较强的逻辑思维能力及钻研精神；

Eager to learn, strong logical thinking skills.

- 优秀的沟通表达能力，善于团队协作；
