至少3年工作经验，2 年以上汽车行业新产品开发项目管理经验, CNC 车床(车削及研 磨)经验优先
大专及以上学历，汽车、机械设计与制造加工及自动化等专业。

重点技能：熟练掌握 APQP 项目管理方法,了解FMEA, MSA, SPC, Run&Rate, PPAP



岗位职责 responsibility:
1.负责组织新产品开发的可行性评估报告，整理报价相关资料;
Responsible for organizing feasibility assessment reports for new product development and documents/information about quotation.
2.负责新产品开发计划的制定、跟踪及落实;
Responsible for formulating, tracking, and implementing new product development plans.
3.负责新产品开发过程中的问题汇总、措施制定及结果验证，控制项目风险; Responsible for summarizing issues, formulating measures, and verifying results during the development of new products, and controlling project risks.
4.负责组织项目开发中的启动会议、项目定期状态会议、里程碑阶段评审会议;
Responsible for organizing kickoff meetings, regular project status meetings, and milestone stage review meetings during project development.
5.负责新产品开发生产试制所需的设备、人员协调及交付确认;
Responsible for equipment and personnel coordination and delivery confirmation for new product development and trial production.
6.负责新产品试制结果的评审，并汇总问题清单、制定改善措施及跟踪验证结果;
Responsible for reviewing the trial production results of new products, summarizing problem, developing improvement measures, and tracking verification results.
7.负责新产品开发所需的外发供应商的计划进度和相关任务;
Responsible for timing progress and related tasks of outsourcing suppliers required for new product development.
8.负责新产品开发过程中的变更管理;
Responsible for change management during the development process of new products.
9.负责新产品开发时内部问题的解决及升级管理;
Responsible for resolving internal issues and upgrading management during new product development.
10.负责新产品开发过程中的成本控制;
Responsible for cost control during the development process of new products.
11.负责审核 PPAP 相关文件并提交客户批准;
Responsible for reviewing PPAP related documents and submitting to customers for approval.
12.负责新产品到批量生产的转移工作;
Responsible for the handover of new products to mass production.

岗位要求 job requirement:
1、男女不限，大专及以上学历，汽车、机械设计及制造、加工及自动化等相关专业;
2、熟练掌握 APQP 项目管理方法,了解 FMEA\MSA\SPC\Run&Rate\PPAP;

3、3 年以上工作经验，2 年以上汽车行业新产品开发项目管理经验, CNC 车床(车削及研 磨)经验优先;

4、良好的项目团队沟通能力及组织能力;

5、具备基本英文读写能力，优秀的英语听说能力者优先。
