Position: Generative AI Product Manager
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning
o Set long - term generative AI product strategy and roadmap based on company goals and market trends.
o Research generative AI application and opportunities for product positioning.
2. Product Design & Development
o Drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring quality and timeliness.
o Coordinate resources and solve issues during development.
3. AI Model Management
o Select and evaluate generative AI models, and work on training, optimization with the algorithm team.
o Monitor model performance and improve to meet business and user needs.
Qualifications
1. Education
o Bachelor's or above in computer science, AI, machine learning, etc.
2. Experience
o At least 6 years in product management, 2 in AI - related products. Prefer those with startup product experience.
3. Skills
o Familiar with generative AI tech. Good at data analysis. Know agile development and project management. Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
o English as working language.
