2025见习工程师 (培训生) 计划

香港铁路有限公司(港铁)见习工程师 (培训生) 计划是获香港工程师学会认可的工程毕业生培训计划（Scheme "A" Graduate Training），提供专业的工程培训以协助工程毕业生获取专业资格（例如：香港工程师学会会员，其他特许工程师资格）。此计划为见习工程师提供多方面与工程专业相关的培训，以实现您的职业抱负及港铁未来的业务目标。为期三年的计划，提供不同的工作轮换机会，让见习工程师接受相关专业范畴的在职训练及培养专业技术能力。

2025 Graduate Engineer (GE) Programme

The Graduate Engineer (GE) Programme is an HKIE accredited Scheme 'A' graduate training programme leading to the path of professional qualifications attainment (e.g. MHKIE, Chartership, etc.). It is a comprehensive development programme which provides participants with multi-disciplinary exposure in the engineering profession. To achieve our future business goals and your career aspirations, we offer 3-year tailor-made accelerated graduate engineer programme with job rotations to enrich your experience and build your capability for success.

As a growing multinational company, MTR offers unique opportunities in major asset replacement projects, new railway lines openings, overseas assignments and researches / application on advanced technology, which help shape the next generation rail. Customised development activities such as people and work management skills training and mentorship of senior managers are also provided.


We are looking for:

Final year students or recent graduates with Degree accredited by HKIE in disciplines of Civil / Building Services / Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering and Control, Automation & Instrumentation and Information Engineering who possess excellent academic achievements and the following qualities:

- High development and leadership potential

- Good analytical and problem solving skills

- Innovative and proactive mindset with strong teamwork

- Proficiency in programming languages

- Keen interest and strong capabilities in the latest technological developments such as data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, digitalisation transformation, application of Internet of Things or 5G mobile technology, application of Big Data for optimisation or predictive improvements

- Excellent communication skills in English and Putonghua or Chinese

- Dedication to a career in railway design, project management and delivery, operations and maintenance

The assessments for GE candidates will include aptitude tests, group discussion, written test and individual interview. Candidates are recommended to conduct trials and self-practices on aptitude tests and understand the current and future development in MTR Hong Kong via the webpage of MTR before attending the tests or interview.
