岗位职责

（1）协助团队完成实验研究及田间材料种植管理工作；
（2）协助处理其他科研相关工作；
（3）参与实验室的日常管理工作；
（4）鼓励独立开展自身感兴趣的研究课题；
（5）完成团队所需的支持性工作。
（1）Assist the team in completing experimental research and field material management.

（3）Participate in the daily management of the laboratory.
（4）Encourage independent research on topics of personal interest.

（5）Complete supportive tasks required by the team.

岗位要求

（1）具有油菜研究背景，植物组织培养（转基因与基因编辑）和油菜小孢子培养经验优先考虑。

（2）踏实肯干，责任心强，具有较强的团队合作精神和服务意识，乐于从事科研工作；
（3）具有作物遗传育种、农业与种业相关专业背景硕士及以上学历；
（4）具有扎实的语言文字能力和写作能力，熟练掌握常用的日常办公软件和科研数据处理软件。
（1）Background in rapeseed research; experience in plant tissue culture (transgenics and gene editing) and rapeseed microspores is preferred.

（2）Diligent and hardworking, with a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and service awareness; enthusiastic about engaging in research work.
（3）Master's degree or higher in crop genetics and breeding, agriculture, or related fields.

（4）Strong language and writing skills, proficient in commonly used office software and research data processing tools.
