一、主要职责：

1、Analyze the software requirements of each department and provide corresponding IT solutions. 分析各部门的软件需求，并给出对应IT解决方案。

2、Evaluate the IT solutions, perform secondary development tasks for internal software based on the requirements, and conduct software testing and implementation after development is completed. 评估IT解决方案，根据需求执行内部软件的二次开发任务，开发完成后进行软件的测试和上线实施。

3、Software implementation involves assisting business departments in organizing basic information and initial data importation, conducting software training for operators within the business departments, and ultimately facilitating the successful launch of the software. 软件实施，协助业务部门整理基础资料，并且协助期初数据导入，对业务部门的操作者进行软件培训，最终推动软件成功上线。

4、Software maintenance refers to promptly addressing anomalies that arise after the software is launched to ensure its normal operation. If the anomalies are caused by software bugs, timely corrections to the software are required. 软件维护，软件上线后出现的异常，需要及时解决异常，保证软件正常运行。如果是软件的bug导致的，需要及时进行软件修正。
