About the role
As a Customer Service Specialist at Alleima, you will provide essential administrative support to our contract or sales team, unit, or department. Your role will be pivotal in promoting and selling our products and services, ensuring smooth day —to —day operations, and supporting our sales representatives and customers. Key responsibilities include:
—Answering routine and escalated inquiries on service and product availability, prices, delivery times, and order status.
—Entering data into databases to maintain up —to —date customer records and track orders and deliveries.
—Preparing reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, and delivery/service problems.
—Performing background research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends.
—Managing sales of products and services to small and medium —sized customers within an assigned geographical territory.
—Planning, directing, supervising, and evaluating the workflow of sales support for sales representatives.
—Identifying issues and recommending improvements to enhance sales support processes.
About you
You possess basic trade compliance and financial knowledge, which will be crucial in navigating the complexities of our sales processes. Your familiarity with tube products and proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems will enable you to handle customer inquiries and maintain accurate records efficiently. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential, as you will be the bridge between our sales team and production. With an open mind and team spirit, you will thrive in our collaborative environment. Your problem —solving skills and willingness to learn new things will help you adapt and grow within our dynamic industry. A good command of spoken and written English (at least CET —4) is necessary to communicate effectively with our global community.
