Desired work experiences and relevant responsibilities： 1. Basic understanding of high-speed laser diode and photodiode components. 2. Basic knowledge of microwave engineering_ radio-frequency_ and millimeter-wave applications. 3. Familiarity with optoelectronics test equipment such as Vector Network Analyzer (VNA)_ Optical Spectrum Analyzer (OSA)_ Optical wavelength meter_ high-frequency chip probe test station_ Digital Communication Analyzer (DCA)_ and BERT measurement. 4. Basic knowledge of data acquisition and simulation tools. 5. Routine testing work on optoelectronic chips and components. 6. Demonstrated work in building optoelectronic prototypes and products.岗位要求：1、对高速激光二极管和光电二极管器件有基础了解。2、具有微波工程、射频、毫米波应用的基本知识。3、熟悉光电设备，如：矢量网络分析仪（VNA）、光谱分析仪（OSA）、光学波长计量仪器、高频芯片探针测试台、数字通信分析仪（DCA）、BERT测量仪器等。有上述设备使用经验者优先考虑。4、具备数据采集和仿真工具的基本知识。5、负责光电芯片及元器件的日常测试工作。6、展示制造光电样机和产品的工作。任职要求：1、本科以上学历，硕士、博士学历可适当放宽行业经验要求；2、专业：电子、光学、物理、通讯、半导体大类，能力较强者有理工科专业背景即可；3、有较强学习能力和思维能力。4、有一定的英文基础。
