岗位说明：
Job description:
(1)根据公司产品规划及客户需求指导研发团队进行聚酰亚胺相关产品的开发，解决相关产品在客户产线上使用时的工艺问题；
Develop novel polyimide product according to the company’s product planning and the requirement from the customers.
Assist with resolution of the technical problem of our materials emerged from customer’s product line during the manufacture process.
(2)协助制定聚酰亚胺或其前驱体树脂生产工艺流程，编制生产工艺指导书，指导技术人员进行树脂产线建设等工作。
Be responsible to build up and standardize the manufacture process of the polyimide resin including composing the manufacture procedure instruction, guiding to establish the resin producing line, and some other technical tasks.
主要职责：
Responsibilities:
（1）根据公司产品规划进行聚酰亚胺产品的开发，并制定相应的技术路线及开发规划；
Develop novel polyimide product according to the company’s product planning and define the appropriate technical route and draw up the developing plan.
（2）负责聚酰亚胺或其前驱体产品中试、生产工艺及流程的制定；
Be responsible to build up and standardize the manufacture process for the large scale production of polyimide and its precursor resin.
（3）负责指导解决生产过程出现的工艺问题，确保产品品质稳定性，降低产品缺陷率；
Troubleshoot and solve the technical problem during production to guarantee the quality of product and reduce the creation of defects.
（4）负责分析、判断并指导解决聚酰亚胺相关产品在客户产线上出现的问题；
Analyze, define, and assist in tackling with the technical problem emerged from the customer’s production line.
（5）负责对产品开发团队进行聚酰亚胺产品开发关键技术的培训；
Be responsible to give training to the R&D group in the key knowledge about polyimide and its development.
（6）跟踪行业发展趋势及竞争对手技术进展，对公司聚酰亚胺产品业务规划提供建议。
Track the industry trends and the technical development of main rivals, and then supply suggestion to blueprint the polyimide product planning.
任职资格：
Qualifications:
(1)在半导体及OLED显示器材料用平坦化层、PDL层、芯片封装等产品开发领域拥有至少8年以上相关经验，具有丰富的聚酰亚胺理论知识、产品开发及产业化经验；
At least 8 years’ experience in development of polyimide materials in the field of semiconductor and flat panel display, especially in materials of chip packaging, planarization layer, and pixel defined layer.
(2)熟悉聚酰亚胺分子结构与性能之间的关系，丰富的聚酰亚胺或其前驱体分子结构设计、改性、合成制备工艺相关知识；有较强的二胺、二酐单体分子结构设计能力；
Abundant knowledge of polyimide and its precursor in its structure design, modification, and synthesis and being good at the molecular design of both diamine and dianhydride;
(3)对各种聚酰亚胺性能评估技术理论及方法有良好掌握；
Knowledge of methodology in the characterization and performance evaluation of polyimide materials;
(4)良好的沟通交流能力和团队精神，能熟练运用英语、汉语普通话交流者优先；
Excellent communication skill and team spirit is a must, and fluent English or mandarin would be preferred.
(5)能够全职在中国北京工作、或适应每个月在中国工作两周的工作频率。
Work in Beijing, China for full time or at least 2 weeks every month.
