1.制定海外年度及月度工作计划,带领团队完成销售目标并达成预期
2.统筹销售团队的工作开展,指导销售人员完成销售业绩和指标,并对业绩进行跟踪考核,提升员工的业绩表现
3.负责公司国外销售业务的拓展与维护,与客户建立长期合作关系,确保项目的稳定推进
4.负责对重点客户的拜访、关系维护等管理工作,促进产品销售,实现企业利益最大化
5.负责组织公司的市场营销活动,推动市场推广计划的实施,提高产品知名度和客户满意度
6.组织编制公司的产品经营策略、销售政策以及销售管理制度,对下属进行培训和指导
7.协调内外部的关系,为公司发展创造更多的机会
8.完成上级领导交办的其它工作任务
职位要求:
1.具有电力储能或能源领域从业背景优先
2.本科及以上学历,8年以上同岗管理经验,其中5年以上储能行业相关管理经验
3.具有较强的人际交往沟通能力和组织协调能力,具有良好的职业素养
4.具有丰富的人脉资源和客户关系,具备出色的谈判技巧和市场开拓能力
5.具有很强的判断与决策能力、执行力强、学习能力强,能承受较大的工作压力
6.具有较强领导力和团队管理能力,能调动和激励团队成员积极完成工作目标
Job Description:
1. Develop annual and monthly overseas work plans, lead the team to achieve sales targets and expectations
2. Coordinate the work of the sales team, guide sales personnel to achieve sales performance and indicators, and track and evaluate performance to improve employee performance
3. Responsible for expanding and maintaining the company's overseas sales business, establishing long-term cooperative relationships with customers, and ensuring the stable progress of projects
4. Responsible for managing visits and maintaining relationships with key customers, promoting product sales, and maximizing enterprise benefits
5. Responsible for organizing the company's marketing activities, promoting the implementation of marketing plans, improving product awareness and customer satisfaction
6. Organize the formulation of the company's product management strategy, sales policy, and sales management system, and provide training and guidance to subordinates
7. Coordinate internal and external relationships to create more opportunities for the company's development
8. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors
Job requirements:
1. Priority given to having a background in electric power storage or energy industry
2. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 8 years of management experience in the same position, including at least 5 years of relevant management experience in the energy storage industry
3. Possess strong interpersonal communication and organizational coordination skills, as well as good professional ethics
4. Possess rich network resources and customer relationships, excellent negotiation skills and market development abilities
5. Has strong judgment and decision-making abilities, strong execution ability, strong learning ability, and can withstand significant work pressure
6. Strong leadership and team management skills, able to mobilize and motivate team members to actively achieve work goals
