职责描述：

• Manage social media accounts（RED, Weibo, We chat）for our clients. Create contents to build brand awareness and followers activation. .

1）负责公司品牌及旗下产品的新媒体营销推广，包括：小红书、微信、微博等日常运营推广工作。

• Assist line manager on preparing social marketing plan and developing online marketing strategy.

2）配合上级完成策划,负责新媒体营销过程相关文案撰写，并制定线上营销活动的推广方案，参与并执行具体工作。

• Develop annual strategy with influencers to achieve marketing objectives and initiatives.

3） 能独立策划年度KOL合作方案，并结合热点事件，通过各种推广手段实现品牌推广计划和目标。

• Discover new and appropriate influencers to represents our clients, in order to build brand awareness.

4）发现与品牌形象契合的KOL并与之建立联系，扩大品牌在线上平台的影响力。

• Expand our clients’ social medial exposure by constructing local digital communities.

5）通过建立品牌线上社群，为品牌争取最大程度的社交媒体曝光。

• Identify the latest social media trend and market information which can apply to our client’s marketing plan

6）收集并分析其他成功新媒体案例和数据，为公司新媒体运营策略建立有效运营手段提升用户活跃度，

任职要求：

• Bachelor’s degree and above. 1 year+ of work experience in PR, Digital Marketing or Social media agencies.

1）本科及以上学历，在公关和新媒体运营方面有一年以上工作经验优先。

• Creative thinking, passion in discovering the latest social media trends.

2）关注行业及社会热点，了解并及时掌握不同新媒体平台玩法，有网感、有逻辑、具备创新意识和经验

• Strong interest in fashion business and have interest in culture and lifestyle sectors.

3）热爱时尚行业，对生活人文领域有自己独到的见解

• Extensive knowledge of managing WeChat Douyin and Red official accounts.

4）熟练使用微信视频号，抖音账号，小红书账户后台

• Positive, self-motivated and a good team player.

5）性格积极主动，拥有团队合作精神。

• Good command in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written). Excellent English proficiency is preferred.

6）良好的中英文听说读写能力。英文能力较强者优先

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure.

7）能够适应快节奏的工作环境，并在压力下完成工作。
