职位描述Responsibility
1. 担任产品技术转移项目转入方的经理，协助总部项目经理协调本地的项目管理。Act as the manager of the receiving unit of the product technology transfer project. Assist the global project manager in coordinating the local project management.
2. 负责项目计划和关键里程碑的制定，确保按计划完成各项工作。Be responsible for the definition of project plan and key milestones to ensure all activities are completed according to plan.
3. 负责项目预算的制定和控制。Be responsible to make and control the project budget.
4. 管理产品技术转移项目本地工作组，协调资源推动各工作组按计划完成项目里程碑。Manage local workstreams of the product technology transfer project and coordinate resources to drive the workstreams to complete the project milestones according to the plan.
5. 负责产品技术转移项目相关文件的准备、审核和批准。Be responsible for the preparation, review and approval of documents related to product technology transfer projects.
6. 负责产品技术转移项目的变更，监督变更行动的执行。Be responsible for the change of product technology transfer, supervise the execution of all action plans.
7. 识别产品技术转移行动中的风险，采取有效的行动降低风险。Identify risks in product technology transfer and take effective action to mitigate the risks.
任职要求Qualification
1. 教育程度和经验Education and experience：
-制药或相关专业大学以上学历University degree or above in pharmaceutical or related field
-10年以上药厂工作经验Ten years or above experience in pharmaceutical company
-3年以上产品技术转移经验Three years or above experience in product technology transfer
-有良好的英语听、说、读、写的能力Good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English
2. 特别知识Knowledge：
-掌握制药专业知识，制药行业GMP知识，国家药品法规等Know well of pharmaceutical professional knowledge, GMP knowledge, national drug regulations, etc.
3. 沟通能力Communicate skill：
具备良好的沟通、表达能力；能与各利益相关方保持良好的关系Good communication and presentation skills; able to maintain good relationship with various stakeholders.
