1、 Responsible for
customs related work, improve customs management system and process, and ensure
efficient customs business compliance;

2、 Perform the
work according to AEO advanced certification standards of Customs, put forward
rectification suggestions and on-site guidance;

按照海关AEO高级认证标准执行工作，提出整改建议及现场指导；

3、 Follow up the
changes of customs supervision policies, evaluate the risks of supervision
policies and put forward compliance suggestions in time;

跟踪关注海关监管政策的变化，评估监管政策风险及时提出合规建议；

4、 Improve the
customs agent management system, carry out regular evaluation and promote
improvement;

完善报关代理商管理体系，定期开展评估并推动改善；

5、 Regular customs
compliance training for internal and cross-departmental personnel;

定期对部门内部和跨部门人员进行海关合规培训；

6、 Establish and
maintain good relations with customs, commerce and other relevant government
agencies.

建立和维护与海关、商务等相关政府机构的良好关系。

7、 Implement quality, environmental, and
occupational health and safety policies, achieve departmental goals and
targets; Responsible for the operational control of environmental management
and occupational health and safety management in the department;

贯彻质量、环境和职业健康安全方针、实现部门目标、指标；

负责环境管理和职业健康安全管理在部门的运行控制；

任职资格:

•
Bachelor degree or above, CET-4 or above, major in
logistics, supply chain or related

•
5 years above Customs clearance
experience; Experience of AEO certification
in large manufacturing enterprises is preferred；Semiconductor
work experience is preferred。

Excellent Customs policy/operation
knowledge is mandatory required.

Familiar with SAP/ERP system operation.

Excellent interpersonal/communication
skills with internal/external stakeholders.
