KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Recruit and develop, enhancement TPM development team and other function team  Build quotation, project development management capability.  Build key OEM experience and process capability for TPM team and other function team such as system/validation/Mechanical  Execution against project plans and delivery commitments, ensure the delivery of quality.  Allocate resource to meet the project delivery requirement.  QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5years of experience in automotive development with In-vehicle Infotainment/Cockpit domain controller or Display product  Be familiar with OEM’s such as SGM, Cherry, Geely, SAIC, SVW, Zeerkr, Nissan, FAW, Hondon product development phases and the relevant regulations.  With the rich experience to lead more than 10 team member to delivery the muti- project  With project development experience with mainstream SOC solution such as QC820A/6155/8155/8295 or Samsung V7/V9 OEM Cockpit domain controller or Semidrive X9..  With the good knowledge in system architecture, SW architecture, EE architecture design and mechanical design.  With the capability to lead the cross team to analysis the critical issue  With good capability for presentation, technical review with Customer
