Key Qualifications
• Experience working consumer electronic products in a design,
manufacturing or product / test engineering role
• Experience performing reliability testing is a plus (on materials,
display modules or assembled systems)
• Capability of processing and summarizing data. Ability to use analysis
process tools & software (JMP, Tableau, etc) is a plus.
• Excellent Mandarin and English written and verbal communication
skills
• Ability to drive decisions and problem solve in an unattended manner
• Highly self-motivated person with innovative thinking. Willing to take challenge to new technology.
Description
In this role, you will collaborate with the customer engineers to develop
display product reliability and work in partnership with vendor labs to guide
vendor for test execution, data reporting, failure analysis, driving lab
readiness for test validation, conducting regular lab audits to determine if
the quality is adequate.
• Drive vendor lab to keep reliability lab meeting high standard quality
to fulfil the engineering validation requirement. Conduct regular lab
audits and provide report to show the auditing result, and further
drive vendor for improvement
• Conduct lab equipment readiness check before test start, and deliver
reliability testing plans/test SOP document for test execution
• Report/summarize test result and present complex data cleanly, and
discuss with the customer engineers about the findings or problems
