Main Role and Responsibilities: This OpenText developer will support the application team in developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions using OpenText technologies and will support the expansion of the platform on an Enterprise level of the following: -
· Bill and correspondence printing and sending through email, SMS and tax
· Bill print sorting and packaging base on CCMS information
· Marketing insert management on the print files
· Bill printing reconciliation information from CLP to Print House Day to day responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and customize OpenText solutions, including OpenText Content Server, Documentum, and other related modules to meet business requirements.
· Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing OpenText applications, addressing any issues or bugs promptly.
· Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
· Conduct unit testing and assist in system integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. Support deployment and implementation activities.
· Create and maintain technical documentation for code, processes, and system configurations.
· Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to OpenText applications, including performance tuning and optimization.
· Stay updated with the latest OpenText technologies and best practices, recommending improvements and innovations as appropriate.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
Skills:
· 3+ years of OpenText experience with proficiency in configuring or customizing solutions
· Expertise with OpenText Content Server and OpenText APIs
· Basic Software development skills
· Some experience with SQL Server and SQL queries
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
