DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Serve as a point of contact with STAFF across the organization to address any work-related questions or concerns
· Supervision of the recruitment and onboarding of new staff for open positions within the projects, including coordinating and organizing orientation training
· Post open positions internally that are available throughout the agency and conduct the employee transfer process in the instance where an employee chooses a new position
· Maintain accurate employee records like contract, timesheet, reimbursement etc.
· Complete filing of Personnel information
· Process employee terminations
· Develop in-service training programs and track training completions
· Represent in various meetings, as assigned
· Assist in the review of personnel files for licensing inspections
· Support the investigation and resolution of employee grievances
· Conduct payroll operations, processing required documentation through payroll to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions
· Complete other duties as required and assigned
· Support for marketing activities
· Support for business development
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE STAFF COORDINATOR:
· Bachelor Diploma or equivalent, required.
· Experience in Capex or Human Resources field is preferred.
· Proficient in the Microsoft Office, specifically utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
· Fluent English is required
· 1-3 years related experience
