职责描述：
 Responsible for the wiring harness schematic of all relevant vehicles
 负责所有相关车型的线束原理图
 Responsible for Fuse FMEA audits for all relevant vehicles
 负责所有相关车型的Fuse FMEA 审核
 Responsible for Harness studio audits and issue resolution tracking (OPL tracking management) for all relevant vehicles
 负责所有相关车型的Harness studio 审核及问题解决跟踪（OPL跟踪管理）
 Responsible for the electrical FMEA inspection template: to ensure the completeness and rationality of the inspection items
 负责电气FMEA检查模板：确保检查项目的完整性、合理性
 Support each project prototype program, electrical issues failure analysis, cost reduction FMK analysis, etc.
 支持各项目的样车方案、电气问题故障分析、降本FMK分析等
 Responsible for unified version management and change management of system schematics, SYS-AEM, Vobesblatte, CLS database for all projects, as the interface who is responsible for each system management to promote all related work
 负责所有项目的系统原理图，SYS-AEM、Vobesblatte、CLS库的统一版本管理、变更管理，作为各系统负责人的接口人推进各项相关工作
 Receive management requirements of system schematics objective milestone from SET, and provide inputs to SET for risk control
 接收来自SET的系统原理目标Milestone管理要求，提供给SET用于风险控制的输入信息
 New functional system analysis, present this new system and the correlation analysis with wiring harness
 新的功能系统分析，在股内介绍该新系统及其线束相关性分析
任职要求：
 Excellent Team coordination skill on collaboration with wire harness teams.
 具备优秀的与线束团队合作的协调能力。
 Professional with wiring harness schematic knowledge and rich experience, VW project experience is preferred.
 具有线束原理图等的专业知识和丰富经验,有大众项目经验更好。
 Good communication and coordination skill.
 优秀的沟通和协调能力
 Can work under high pressure.
 较强的工作环境中抗压能力。
 5 years or more relevant experience of schematic.
 5年或以上线束原理图相关的经验
 Bachelor or master degree in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronic, vehicle engineering.
 电气工程,自动化，机电一体化，车辆工程等相关专业专科以上学历
 Fluent in English, written and spoken
 良好的英语听说读写能力
