本科及以上学历，机械或者机械电子相关专业，英语必须能和国外流利沟通。
工作经历和技能要求 Work Experience and Skills Required
1. 5年以上机械设备研发项目经验，能够管理项目，主导推动项目按照计划进行，并及时汇报项目进展。
5+ years’ experience in mechanical equipment projects, good project management skills, ability to lead and drive projects as scheduled, able to report projects status timely.
2. 熟悉机械设计、公差和配合，具备电子电气理论知识，能够根据要求进行设计；
Familiar with mechanical design, tolerance and fit, understand basic rules of electric and electronic, capable of design according to requirements.
3. 能够设计实验、分析数据，对设备进行验证；
Ability to design experiments, analyze data, to validate designs.
4. 能够熟练使用Solidworks和Auto-CAD等软件，有良好的图文档管理经验；
Proficient in Auto-CAD and Solidworks, etc. Good documentation experience.
5. 善于分析问题，良好的动手能力和学习能力，能够根据图纸对零部件进行检测和装配；
Good at analyzing issues, good hands-on, and quick learning abilities. Able to assemble and test.
6. 英文听说读写熟练，能够熟练使用电脑和Office常用软件。
Good English skill, familiar with using computer and Office.
主要工作职责Main Job Responsibility
1. 负责主导新产品开发项目，并负责机械设计部分（包含注塑塑料零件和钣金零件等）；
Design mechanical parts (including but not limited to injection molded plastic parts and sheet metal parts) according to requirements.
2. 负责总部产品的转移和本地化；
Products from HQ transferring and localization.
3. 负责现有产品的持续改进；
Continuous improvement for existing products.
4. 领导安排的其他工作。
Other work assigned by supervisor.
