职责

审查业务、功能和技术要求及规范，找出要求中的差距，提供反馈并跟踪要求差距的消除情况。
将需求和验收标准解释为全面的测试用例。
通过软件工程思想/工具，获得测试覆盖的深度和广度。
在异构环境中设计和开发软件工具/实用程序。
审查开发团队完成的单元测试（代码和结果）。
计划、准备、协调和执行关键任务测试（系统集成测试和用户验收测试）。
与利益相关者接触并准备状态报告。
管理缺陷分流，并将症状与可能的原因联系起来。
资格要求

在软件开发环境中有 4 年以上的测试经验。了解质量保证和测试标准、方法、工具和流程。
具有使用行业领先数据库（如 Oracle、Sybase 等）的经验，擅长编写 SQL。
有 Java 编程经验者优先。
脚本语言经验，如 Shell Script、Python、Excel VBA 等。
具有为金融市场业务开发/测试软件解决方案交付的经验者优先。
具有定制测试自动化和管理工具（QTP、LoadRunner、Cumcumber、QualityCenter、JIRA 等）的经验。
具备出色的故障排除技能，能够找出复杂问题的根本原因


Responsibilities:

Review the Business, functional and Technical requirement and specification, identify gap in the requirement to provide feedback and track to closure of the gap in requirement.
Interpret requirements and acceptance criteria into comprehensive test cases.
Acquire test coverage in depth and breadth via software engineering thoughts/utilities.
Design and develop software tools/utilities in heterogeneous environment.
Review unit tests (code and result) done by development team.
Plan, prepare, coordinate and execute mission-critical test executions (System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test).
Stakeholders’ engagement and the status reporting preparation.
Manage defect triage and correlate symptoms with likely causes.


Qualifications

4+ years of Testing experience in a software development environment. Knowledge of QA and testing standards, methodologies, tools and processes.
Experience with industry leading databases like Oracle, Sybase etc, and strong in writing SQL.
Programming experience preferably in Java.
Scripting language experience, Shell Script, Python, Excel VBA etc.
Experience in developing/testing software solution delivery for financial markets business will be a big plus.
Experience in tailoring test automation and management tools (QTP, LoadRunner, Cumcumber, QualityCenter, JIRA and such).
Excellent troubleshooting skills to root cause complex issues required
