Objectives &Keys Tasks
 Disciplinary and technical responsibility for a defined production area
 Production fulfillment in time, in full, in quality on cost
 Ensuring a smooth production and assembly process as well as the economic, timely and quality-compliant production results of a production line
 Management and further development of employees with regard to occupational safety，work techniques, work steps and quality assurance measures
 Identify and develop continuous improvement measures and incorporate these into the processes (e.g. workplace design, use of tools, work organization,cost reduction)
 Further development of the defined area, taking into account the specified LEAN standards
 Supporting development projects within the production area
Education
 Successfully completed studies in the technical field or comparable qualification
Qualifications
 Several years of experience in production or assembly management, alternatively: relevant project experience
Skills & Expertise required
 Technical and methodical know-how in the field of lean manufacturing
 Confident and motivating management style paired with entrepreneurial thinking
 and action
 Good knowledge of MS Office programs and SAP
 Oral and Written English is workable
