职位描述
Responsibilities工作职责:

- Through existing resources to create good relationship with Japanese customers, via customer visit to know their requirements deeply and seek business opportunities in order to achieve the annual sales targets;;

通过其现有资源建立与客户的良好关系,并通过客户拜访等方式深入了解客户需求,寻找业务机会并完成年度销售目标;

- After internal training, can handle the jobs like project evaluation,

quotation, commercial negotiation, account receivable, coordinate internal resources, supporting customer audits and customer complaints, etc.

经过培训后,能够独立完成项目评估,报价处理,商务谈判,应收账款,协调内部资源,协助客户评审和处理客户投诉等工作;

- Responsible for gathering & collecting the market information of Japanese customers, supplier development procedures, special business behaviors

and related policies, such as market development trend, technology trend, competitor information etc. providing to our marketing dept.in a regular base;

负责获取车企的市场信息,供应商开发流程,特殊业务习惯和相关政策,例如:行业发展趋势,技术发展方向,竞争对手活动等信息并定期提供给市场部;

- Report to superior regularly about the monthly/quarterly/annually target achievement status, discuss the strategy for products, services, opportunities and pricing and carry out relative solutions;

定期向上级领导检讨月度/季度/年度销售目标达成情况,并针对产品,服务,定价,机会等问题进行讨论和落实解决办法;

Qualifications职位要求:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in Japanese, polymer chemistry background is preferred;

本科或以上学历,精通英语,有高分子材料技术背景尤佳;

- Good skills for Japanese communication and computer;

良好的英语/日语沟通能力和熟练的电脑技能;

- Team working spirit and effective communication;

具有团队精神和有效的沟通能力;

- Initiative and passionate on work;

工作积极主动,充满激情;

- Flexible for frequent business travel;

可频繁出差;
