职位描述


Key Responsibilities
1. Identifies customer needs and develops market segments as a good strategy to support orders achieved;
2. Integration to support sales and product deputy, build effective commercial support channel to support the direct/indirect(distributor) sales forces, develop business model of machine (involve in) and build effective method to support the business;
3. Be a brand ambassador for the company, introduce company and tailor made company solution to the target customers in different sectors and business models;
4. Work closely with the sales Ops team to define the synergy between the existing model and new businesses, based on that to develop the new model if necessary, utilize and optimize the existing platforms, resources (direct, indirect) to grow the business;
5. Collaborate and work closely with internal team for different projects and new account set up
6. Provide sales Forecast of each channels or key customers;
7. Provide marketing insights and trend, spot out opportunities&risks , then provide evaluation with possible solution and growth plans;
8. Other work assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree or above;
2. Good English communication skill both in oral and written;
3. 3 – 5 Years Working background in semiconductor industry, sales and service background of related front-end equipment is preferred;
4. Additional Information Travel: 50% of the Time.
