Responsivities:
· Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information and technology development;
· Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes;
· Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products’
· Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing
· communication objectives;
· Obtains product market share by working with sales director to develop product sales
· strategies;
· Assesses product market data by calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating
· sales call results;
· Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product
· development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules
· with engineering and manufacturing;
· Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales,
· advertising, and production;
· Provides formulation solutions to the customers;
· Lab research on the food application;
· Following up the industry regulations worldwide;
· Provides technical solutions to the customers;
· Provides all the technical support to the sales team;
· Makes all product data sheets and relative technical documents for the sales use;
· Follows up and solve technical and quality questions from customers;
· Customer service;
· Contacts supplier(producer) for information of technical and quality, and keep good
· relationship with producer;
· Audits suppliers;
· Supporting the team.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor or master’s degree, food science, food quality and safety, biotechnology engineering and chemical or related is preferred;
· At least 2 years of food, biotechnology or chemical industry or relevant business to business working experience is required. Graduated from China agricultural university, Jiangnan University or Beijing industry and commerce university is preferred;
· Good English skills in reading, writing and speaking;
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal;
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PPT);
· Accurate with strong attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility;
· Reliable, trustworthy and abides by the company's terms and conditions;
· Task oriented and able to prioritize effectively;
· Self-motivated, determined and results driven;
· Strong self-learning capability.
