职位描述
Responsibility:
- · Description of main tasks
- · Provide support for users and IT Systems (non SAP) as a member of the IT Service Desk and Onsite Support team
- · Ensure the operation of IT (hardware and software) in the supervised location(s) (problem analysis, troubleshooting and solving) according to the centrally defined standards
- · Ensure the implementation of the centrally defined information security standards in cooperation with the IT security officer
- · Plan and realize IT projects related to group standards at the supervised location(s)
- · Implement user rights and authorizations
- · IT cost control & planning all necessary measures at supervised location(s)
- · Participate in regular and close communication with central IT (IT Infrastructure and IT Servicedesk)
- · Occasional but regular travels to Haldensleben due to supporting this plant as well
- Requirment:
· Completed studies in computer science or comparable training/certifications,
· 3+ years of experience within IT Service Desk/Desktop Support, ideally in a multi-site enterprise environment,
· Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products, with an emphasis on Windows 10 and Microsoft 365,
· Experience with PC Application/OS support and Customer Support experience,
· Familiarity with any customer service software such as Zendesk, Zammad, ServiceNow,
· Knowledge of warehouse systems (scanners, mobile printers) – nice to have,
· Speaking English on B1+ level,
