岗位职责:

1. Responsible for high aspect ratio, high selectivity, SADP/SAQP/SARP wet clean process development and optimization, second vendor qualification and cost reduction by working closely with the vendors;

2. Reduce fail rate by investigating process abnormity and identifying root causes to achieve capacity and yield improvement;

3. Responsible for leading projects;

4. Responsible for inline routine maintenance and monitor;

5. Responsible for new engineers on-job training.

任职要求:

1. Master’s degree or above, majored in Physics, Chemistry, Material Engineering and Microelectronics;

2. More than 5 years experience of wet process experience, TD related experience is preferred;

3. Familar with SPC/JMP/FMEA/EDA;

4. Research/Project related experience is a plus;

5. Hardworking, motivated, team player.
