Job Description/岗位描述：

• Assist teaching。Assist foreign teachers in group teaching, language support (EAL), classroom management, homework correction, teaching materials preparation, etc.
• 教学辅助。协助班级外教进行课堂分组教学、语言支持（EAL）、课堂管理、批改作业、教具准备等。
• Duty. Be responsible for the collection of the snack, the heating and distribution of student lunch, and discipline management of classroom during the meal.
• 值日。负责学生水果加餐的领取，午餐的加热、分发，以及用餐期间的纪律看管。
• Lead the students in line. Take students to different places to take classes, be responsible for the safety and discipline of students.
• 带队。带学生去不同的地点上课，负责学生的安全和纪律。
• Bus monitor. Be responsible for the transportation of students on the school bus to ensure the safety of students.
• 校车跟车。负责接送乘坐校车的学生，保障学生安全。

Requirements/基本要求：

• A BA or higher in English or Early Years education (preferred)
• 英语或幼儿教育专业学士或更高学位
• Have the ability to communicate in English as the working language.
• 具备英语作为工作语言的沟通能力。
• At least two years’ related experience
• 至少2年的相关经验
• Have the ability to control the classroom and manage students.
• 有控制课堂、管理学生的能力。
• Have certain teaching ability and the teacher qualification certificate.
• 具备一定的教学能力，有教师资格证。
• Have a strong sense of community cooperation, be able to establish a good relationship with foreign teachers, students and parents.
• 社区合作意识强，能够和班级外教、学生、家长建立良好的关系。
