MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责：
- Ordering components by existing scheduling agreements to achieve optimal stock levels to support production and meet established inventory goals
- Coordinate the flow of a variety of complex materials to support defined production plans
- Scheduling of multiple, complex production lines in order to maximize revenues while optimizing the cost of carrying inventory
- Define and maintain production Kanban quantities
- Participation of capacity meetings with production
- Be responsible for analyzing key reason and propose action plan for controlling inventory level & days forward coverage to achieve company target
- Interface with department supervisors to communicate production schedules, work orders and resolve production related issues such as insufficient labor and part shortages
- Critical parts management
- Work independently and set own priorities based on objectives set by management
- Monitoring and working to increase internal and supplier delivery performance
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件：
- Bachelor degree with over 3 years’ experience working experience of material planning in manufacturing plant
- English can be used as work language
- Knowledge of SAP
- Experience in electronics or automotive area is preferred
