· Implement and ensure in line with Management System;

在职责范围内，严格按照管理体系的要求执行；

· Ensure that IT requirements are realized during process & equipment development before SOP;

确保在批产前 IT的要求在过程和设备开发得到实现；

· Continue improve IT after SOP

量产后，持续改进 IT 策略。

Duties & Responsibilites / 职责和责任

· Modification, improvement, update and archive backup of PLC program of production line （SIMENS）;

生产线的PLC程序修改(西门子)，改进，更新及存档备份；

· Maintain the interface configuration between each system in the order manufacturing process;

维护订单制造过程中各系统之间的接口配置；

· Configure and maintain the IT equipment which are in production line (UCB box, Scanner, Printer);

配置，维护生产线的IT设备（UCB-box，扫码枪，打印机）

· Programming, maintenance, modification and backup of Nutrunner.

拧紧枪的编程，维护，及修改备份.

· Configuration and programming for EOL Camera(Keyence).

生产线相机设备的配置及编程(基恩士)。

· Cooperate with the company to establish the standardization of software programming；

配合公司建立软件编程的标准化。

· Programming, maintenance, modification and backup of robot（KUKA）.

机器人(库卡)的编程，维护以及修改备份.

· To complete other tasks from direct leader.

完成上级交办的其他工作

Qualifications / 能力及素质

· Bachelor’s degree or above。

本科及以上学历。

· Production line program management.

生产线程序管理，有过和整车厂的工作经验。

· Solve the loopholes in the procedures during manufacturing process, and change Program according to the production cycle time requirements and customer ECR requirements.

解决生产制造过程中程序的漏洞，根据生产节拍需求和客户ECR需求更改程序。

· Dealing with faults and downtime caused by software during production.

处理生产过程中因软件带来的故障及停机
