Job Summary:
Strategic build up and enhance the logistic function to support our business growth, improve customer satisfaction and ADM competence for the global business expand.
Main Responsibilities
-Set up and control all logistical processes and concept, ensure diversity delivery model with different business types;
- Initiate the biding with all logistic suppliers/service providers, subcontractors and KPI management with indirect sourcing team;
- Coordinate logistical processes with customer service, including logistic planning and management, customer satisfactions analysis and etc;
- Continuous improvement of all logistical processes from Chinese local plants;
- Conduct the logistic process of inland and export transportation;
- Develop logistic strategies in cooperation with the management;
- Optimize the logistic cost and balance the customer satisfaction as well;
- Support all the new projects on the logistic part, especially the export to worldwide;
- Other assignments given by the management.
Job Qualifications:
● Bachelor degree in logistics management is preferred;
● Familiar with the International logistic operation;
● Good knowledge of MS office and Navision system preferred;
● Good command Both in Oral and written English skill;
● Good problem solving, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities;
● Positive attitude under high pressure condition;
● Customer oriented;
