1. New supplier audit, approve. Supplier quality performance survey, Non-conformity case manage, leading to solve supplier Quality issues. Incoming inspection management.
2. Works actively to reduce supplier PPM defect rates. Improves processes and supplier quality to minimize down-time to product on line, reduces product and assembly scrap, improves first-time yields on product assembly lines.
3. Devises sampling procedures, designs and develops forms, instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
4. Advanced component quality planning activities. Supplier PPAP, PSW, etc.
5. Manages supplier change requests and work with product engineering on implementation of change proposals.
6. Establish Supply Base Related Statistical data – Set-up and/or conduct gage R-R’s, cpk’s and review manufacturing and quality statistical data and set control limits.
7. The development and release of supplier quality systems, and the construction of supplier quality systems for VDA6.3 or IATF16949, ensure that the supplier quality system operates well and meets our requirements.
8. The development and release of new project parts, from designated APQP to PPAP release, ensures that the development requirements of the new project are met, and supports the development and mass production of new projects from product drawing compliance, quality, delivery, etc.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree preferably in mechanical preferred.
2. 2 years purchasing experience, especially with plastic part purchasing experience.
