Main Responsibilities:
1) Prepare periodical financial management reports to Function head and BU management.
2) Analyze the performance of business operations result, identify main gap and loss. Support the function to generate the actions to improve and follow up with the action closed.
3) Supports in assets management process, includes the justification, implementation, project governance and review.
4) Project finance supports, such as feasibility study of the project, business case preparation, payback justification, project finance control etc
5) Assist in budget / strategy plan process.
6) Other project assigned.
Requirements:
Knowledge and Experience
1) Previously worked in management accounting or analyst type roles for a minimum of 2 years.
2) Previously worked in manufacturing industry
3) Experience related to project management, financial planning for acquisition plans would be preferred.
4) Statistically-minded, strong understanding of financial statements and financial systems. Experience working with financial data and fully integrated systems, Hyperion Enterprise, Essbase and SAP an advantage.
5) Team communication skill
6) Excellent bilingual communication skills both verbal and written will be necessary to communicate effectively across the regions, as well as presentation skills
7) Planning and Organizing Skills, Strategic thinking/planning, Creative thinking, Energy and Enthusiasm
Education and Certifications
1) Degree in Accounting and Financial Analysis related majors
2) CPA preferred
