职位描述

MAIN PURPOSE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

主要工作职责:

A. 参与海外招投标及特殊订单技术可行性评审,辅助翻译,推动双方技术上达成一致,积极配合实现订单。

Do technical feasibility assessment of bidding and contracts for oversea markets, leading technical negotiation to get consensus on technology items, and actively support to win the order。

B. 负责评估并传达合同或标书因特殊技术要求而产生的Cost adder以供商务确定最终售价。

Calculate the cost adder generated by the contract or tender due to special technical requirement to help sales to determine final price.

C. 负责将合同特殊技术需求, 质量标准, 特殊物料,特殊认证,测试等要求翻译,传递给工艺,质量生产等相关部门,以便工厂顺利完成订单生产、验货并交付;

Transfer the contract special technical request, such as special quality request, BOM, certification, testing request to Quality team to complete the order fulfillment.

D. 协助销售,陪同客户或客户委托的第三方机构进行工厂参观。

Lead to arrange customer visit request.

E. 整合内部资源,及时为客户或销售提供日常系统/产品/技术问题解决方案。

Integrate resource to supply system/product/tech solutions for daily inquiry.

F. 居中协调,客户定制化产品项目,跨部门进行项目评审,根据结论推进产品实现。

Take the lead of assessment of customized products project. Communicate with customer about the product achievement or alternative proposal.

G. 负责对客户反馈的各种信息进行汇总、整理,并及时响应,同时将信息递交相关领导;

Collect information which provided by customers and give feedback meanwhile report to leaders;

H. 业务熟悉后负责培训小组新人

Take the lead to train and guide junior level engineer;

I. 负责部门领导安排的其它临时性工作。

Accomplish the work which assigned by leaders.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

相关经验和资质要求:

学历:本科及以上学历,电气工程/能源工程/光伏工程等相关专业优先

语言:良好的英文书面及口语能力

知识:熟练掌握办公自动化软件;

工作经验:1-3年以上工作经验

其他:有光伏、外贸工作经验者优先
