This job holder is for business application support within the manufacturing department, e.g SAP supporting, Includes master data creation and maintenance, routine operation troubleshooting and process improvements. Participate in implementation and maintenance of new projects (such as MES system).

Main Tasks & Responsibilities 主要工作职责 :
- Responsible for SAP P1U system support, includes master data creation and troubleshooting
负责生产部门 SAP 的相关支持，包括生产主数据的创建，系统异常的处理；
- Create and maintain PI-sheet (EBR) including XStep repository, and recipe management.
创建并维护生产 PI-sheet (EBR)，包含 XStep 库和配方管理;
- Participate in the implementation and maintenance of new IT projects (such as MES system).
参与生产相关新 IT 系统（如 MES 系统）的实施及维护工作。
- Analysis different business needs and drive the consistency and standard process for one manufacturing
分析不同业务功能需求，并推动生产流程管理的一致性和统一性；
- Work closely with the user team, ensuring all the new requests are well organized and implemented.
与用户团队紧密合作，及时沟通业务需求和反馈问题解决进度；
- Specifies the requirements of the user area and analyzes effects on existing processes
明确用户要求，分析对现有流程的影响；
- Initiates and complete relevant change requests
提出并执行相关变更请求；
- Write test script & prepare test data & support key users during test.
撰写测试脚本，准备测试数据并支持用户测试；
