timely and accurately. Manage Standard Cost closing and perform Standard Cost yearly release. Aligned
with MES, ensure stock be cleared in SAP in time.
Month-end closing & global reporting (lead) Lead month-end closing process (Costing part). In charge of
Global PT Reports timely submission with high quality. Prepare PT Financial Accrual and Adjustment
proposal. Take charge of PT Charge out to other global functions process.
Business Partnering with PT Shanghai function. Participate rolling forecast process for PT Shanghai.
Provide timely and sufficient financial information to support PT partners to monitor actual expense
against forecast closely. Take charge of system coordination and data integration to facilitate final review
and approval.
SAP access and system change control. Take role of SAP access control PT model process owner. Act
as SAP system super user to control SAP PT model changes. Support to global projects to evaluate
system impact.
Internal and external audit. Cooperate with internal & external audit. Act as ICFR PT part process owner;
ensure PT daily operation processes are aligned with ICFR control scope.
Others Identify potential business risks and work out action plans or new processes to mitigate risks.
Streamline processes for more effectiveness and efficiency.
