Major Responsibilities/Duties 工作职责:
1、 Develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies
to identify external talent. 制定和执行采购和招聘策略,以识别外部人才。
2、 Sourcing Candidates, using a variety of tools and
channels to develop a pipeline of qualified Candidates 寻找合适的候选人,使用各种工具和渠道来开发合格的候选人
3、 Facilitating the Interview and selection processes 促进面试和选拔过程
4、 Ensuring quality shortlists are prepared and delivered in
a timely manner确保质量候选名单的准备和及时交付
5、 Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring
Managers through resource planning and job specification 通过资源规划和工作规范与招聘经理建立并加强关系
6、 Producing timely and accurate management information,
keeping system / data updated 提供及时准确的管理信息,保持系统/数据的更新
7、 Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team
objectives 根据客户sla, kpi和团队目标交付结果
8、 Ensure compliance with Dover policies, processes and
practices; maintain current knowledge of China labor law. Serve as a role model
of Dover's ethical standards, professionalism and code of conduct. 确保遵守多佛的政策、流程和做法;掌握最新的中国劳动法知识。作为多佛道德标准、专业精神和行为准则的榜样。
Key Requirements 主要要求:
1、 Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional and
education experience 本科以上学历,或同等专业及教育经验。
2、 2 years of recruiting experience or agency as Talent
Sourcer or Recruiters 2年招聘经验或在招聘机构担任过人才源或招聘人员
3、 Strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities
with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals both internal and
external to the organization with proven ability to communicate to in a clear,
focused and concise manner 较强的人际交往能力和表达能力,能够有效地与组织内外的个人进行沟通,并具有清晰、专注和简洁的沟通能力。
4、 Expertise in Candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. direct
search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching) Proven
capability to handle熟悉候选人资源策略(如直接搜索,布尔搜索,网络资源,网络,广告和数据库搜索
