Key Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for the electromagnetic design, analysis and simulation of asynchronous motors , permanent magnet motors, or reluctance motor 2.Responsible for wiring method, coil diagram design and selection of motor insulation system; 3.Responsible for revising the design parameters of the motor according to the test report; 4.Analyze and solve problems in project implementation, and conduct experience exchange summary 5.Complete design documents, technical documents, and project documents in time Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering or related majors, and more than three years of electrical electromagnetic design and process experience. 2.Familiar with motor electromagnetic design and electromagnetic field theory, proficient in asynchronous motor or permanent magnet motor design; 3.Good written and spoken English skills 4.Good team communication and cooperation skills
