【Responsibilities】
- Understand healthcare reform policy including VBP precisely
- Formulate market access strategy to seek opportunities and address challenges
- Maintain accurate price database and implement price management process
- Collaborate with cross functional teams on market access programs(VPBs etc.) and initiatives to create a favorable environment for our business
- Maintain/enhance the relationships with key stakeholders from
governments/bureaus.
- Deliver internal sharing and trainings on healthcare insights, policy dynamics regularly
【Qualifications】
- Bachelor Degree or above, major in Medical & pharmaceutical is preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in Market Access or Government & Public Affairs or related positions, Medical devices and consumables or IVD industry and MNC experience is strongly preferred
- Mature personality with good communication and analysis skills
- Unquestionable integrity, energetic
- Able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills to work across functions
- Fluent English is preferred
