Position Summary:

Drive access excellence in China,
to enable commercial expansion in new territory

Responsibilities:

Understand healthcare reform policy including VBP precisely

Formulate market access strategy to seek opportunities and address
challenges

Maintain accurate price database and implement price management process

Collaborate with cross functional teams on market access
programs(VPBs etc.) and

initiatives to create a favorable environment for our business

Maintain/enhance the
relationships with key stakeholders from

governments/bureaus.

Deliver internal sharing and
trainings on healthcare insights, policy dynamics

regularly

Qualifications:

•

Bachelor Degree
or above, major in
Medical & pharmaceutical is preferred

•

3+ years’ experience in Market
Access or Government &
Public Affairs or related

positions, Medical
devices and consumables or IVD industry and MNC experience is strongly preferred

Mature personality with good communication and analysis
skills

Unquestionable integrity, energetic

Able to work under
pressure

Good interpersonal skills
to work across
functions

Fluent English
is preferred
