职位描述

Responsibilities:


  • Provide timely and effective support to overseas customers.

  • Address urgent issues and routine questions promptly.

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.

  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues.

  • Complete the relevant work assigned by the leader。


Requirements:

 CET-6 level or above in English proficiency. Fluent in spoken English can be used as a working language.


Ÿ Previous experience living or working abroad is preferred.


Ÿ Background in computer science is preferred.


Ÿ Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.


Ÿ Possesses strong communication skills
and a spirit of teamwork, capable of effectively communicating and
collaborating with clients and teams.


Ÿ Demonstrates strong learning abilities
and self-motivation, continuously striving to enhance technical proficiency and professional skills.

Work Schedule:


Ÿ 8-hour shifts


Ÿ Work Hours: Monday to Sunday, 09:00-18:00


Ÿ Collection of shift preferences two weeks in advance, schedule published one week in advance


Five days of work with two days off, and eight days off per month
