RESPONSIBILITIES:

职责：

· Responsible for developing supply chain planning, evaluating company goals and needs, and developing corresponding strategic plans and measures that covers planning, procurement, production, storage and logistics. 负责制定供应链计划，评估公司目标和需求，制定相应的战略计划和措施，涵盖计划、采购、生产、仓储和物流。

· Establish KPIs for planning, procurement, production, warehousing and logistics in according to the strategies and objectives. Formulate the performance evaluation scheme and review the achievement of these targets. Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for further improvement and optimization within the supply chain operation. 根据战略和目标建立计划、采购、生产、仓储和物流的KPI。制定绩效评估方案，并审查这些目标的实现情况。监控和分析关键绩效指标，以确定在供应链运营中需要进一步改进和优化的领域。

· Understand production and recommend plans that help improve production efficiency. 了解生产并提出有助于提高生产效率的计划。

· Regularly review the production capacity and work with relevant departments to make use of the unused capacity. 定期对生产能力进行评审，并会同有关部门做好闲置产能的利用工作。

· Review and prepare any action plans to ensure productivity, quality and customer service standards are met. 审查和准备任何行动计划，以确保生产力，质量和客户服务标准的满足。

· Maintain responsive relationship with customers. Ensure all complaints and reported issues from customers are appropriately addressed with root cause study performed and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them timely and to prevent reoccurrence. 与客户保持良好的关系。确保所有客户投诉和报告的问题都得到妥善处理，并进行根本原因调查，与相关部门协调及时解决问题，防止再次发生。

· Introduce advanced supply chain management methods and systems, establish work norms, standards and processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes (check in/out), and shipping. 引进先进的供应链管理方法和系统，建立产品接收、设备使用、库存管理、大门流程（登记进/登记出）和运输的工作规范、标准和流程。

· Design and implement robust systems and methodologies on making sure all production elements are efficiently and effectively managed with high turnover rate and good quality on products along the whole supply chain operations. 设计和实施健全的系统和方法，以确保所有生产要素在整个供应链运作中高效和有效地管理，确保产品的高周转率和高质量。

· Develop and implement continuous improvement projects on streamlining the processes and work flow, retrenching the warehouse space and optimizing workshop layout, etc. 制定和实施持续改进项目，以简化流程和工作流程，缩减仓库空间，优化车间布局等。

· Put forward optimization measures on processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective supply chain operations are in place. 提出流程和程序的优化措施，以确保高效和有效的供应链运作到位。

· Initiate measures on inventories and oversee them to make sure adequate stock levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs with short storage period. 制定库存管理措施，确保有足够的库存水平以满足生产需求，同时尽量减少库存过剩和短仓储期的运输成本。

· Ensure the purchase plans and production plans for the corresponding customers’ orders are appropriately made. Review and analyze the gap if any and initiate action plan. 确保正确制定相应客户订单的采购计划和生产计划。检查和分析差距，如果有，并启动行动计划。

· Oversee purchase on communicating and negotiating with suppliers as well as evaluating supplier performance to safeguard the company’s interests. 监督采购与供应商的沟通和谈判，评估供应商绩效，维护公司利益。

· Providing sourcing support for new product research and development. 为新产品研发和开发提供开发支持。

QUALIFICATIONS资格:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. 工程或相关专业本科以上学历。

· Must be proficient in English. 必须精通英语。

· 5 years experience as supply chain manager in textile manufacturing industry. 5年纺织制造业供应链经理管理经验。

· Proven track record of success in leading textile manufacturing operations, driving process improvements, and achieving operational excellence. 在领先的纺织制造业务、推动流程改进和实现卓越运营方面有成功的记录。
