岗位职责：

· Responsible for supervising day-to-day mechanical maintenance operations.

· To Carry out mechanical weekly/monthly maintenance plan

执行机械周/月保养计划

· Responsible for spare parts planning and usage.

负责备件计划和使用

· To supervise mechanical installation and other maintenance by outsource contractor.

监督外包承包商的机械安装及其他维修工作

· To lead emergent mechanical maintenance

主导紧急机械维修工作

· To execute periodical calibration of special equipment

特种设备定期校验

· To make and implement plan of walking by inspection and mechanical Checklist

制定并实施巡检和机械检查计划

· Responsibile for the correct execution of the maintenance work in accordance with the relevant mechanical regulations (laws, ordinances, standards, etc.).

负责按照相关机械法规（法律、法令、标准等）正确执行维修工作。

· Check and ensure the availability of the tools, measuring and testing equipment in use.

检查并确保工具、测量和测试设备的可用性。

· Act as a technical resource to field personnel and plant maintenance and actively engage in field issues.

作为现场人员和设备维护的技术资源，积极参与现场问题。

Quality, Safety, Health and Environment

· Responsible for the application and compliance with safety and fire safety measures during maintenance work.

负责维护工作期间应用和遵守安全和消防措施。

· Inspect work areas on a continuous basis for possible electrical problems or unusual conditions. Report deficiencies to the plant managers.

持续检查工作区域是否存在可能的电气问题或异常情况。向工厂经理报告缺陷。

· Ensure proper handling of environmentally hazardous substances.

确保正确处理对环境有害的物质

· Perform work duties in accordance with Omya Quality Systems Manual procedures.

根据欧米亚质量体系手册程序履行工作职责。

任职要求：

-Technical Vocational training in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent education. 机械工程或同等职业教育。

- 5 to 6 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance.

5至6年工业设备维修经验

- Thorough knowledge of the mechanical maintenance requirements and procedures for relevant machinery and equipment.

全面了解相关机械和设备的机械维护要求和程序

Familiar with AutoCAD software EXCEL、WORD

熟悉AutoCAD、EXCEL、WORD软件

Good communication skills

良好的沟通能力

Familiar with 5S management and house keeping

熟悉5S管理和仓库管理

· Good command of both oral and written local language and English are required.

良好的汉语、英语口头和书面表达能力
