Roles & Responsibilities

1. Search & locate potential candidates.
2. Conduct first call to potential candidates for case briefing and motivation check.
3. Status follows up on the approached candidates and collects feedback.
4. Daily update & report candidate searching progress.
5. Format candidate report.
6. Maintain candidate information, make sure the accuracy and timeliness.
7. Coordinate and follow up on candidate interviews.

Qualifications Requirements

1. Strong learning abilities and learning willingness.
2. Good language skills, be able to perform frequent telephone communication with others.
3. Be able to take challenges and work under pressure.
4. Detail focus and high self-discipline.
5. Proficient in internet searching, good command of MS Office.
6. Good English proficiency will be a plus.
